Coaching and Mentoring Staff: Resources
After a Successful Conference to introduce our new online resource 'Mentoring Staff' we are now pleased to make this avaialable. It is possible to use it with groups of practitioners, individuals and alongside systems which organisations already have in place. It is designed to be used as a 'pick and mix' resource that can be used flexibly according to priorities.
The Consultant Training Guide can also be used in conjunction with 'Mentoring Staff'
