This free, multi-agency training has been funded by the LDD Pathfinder Project. It provides an exciting opportunity for professionals from a wide range of agencies supporting young people with learning difficulties and / or disabilities, to come together to train, network and influence practice in the development of Bradford's model of transition and review for vulnerable young people. Each event can be attended as a stand-alone module.

The events are suitable for public and voluntary sector employees in the Bradford district who work with young LDD people and support them through the Year 9 Review (eg. SENCOs, personal advisers, teaching and learning support staff in schools and colleges, school nurses, social workers, community resource workers, support workers).
